Cosmetic Facial Release and Sculpting
This is a relaxing, result-driven, facial focusing on lymphatic drainage and releasing muscle tension. It is designed to improve the over health of your skin by removing stagnation & creating space for the free flow of oxygen-rich blood & lymph on top of melting away the chronic tension we all carry, sometime resulting in painful conditions like TMJ. Your lymphatic system is a network of superficial pathways that carries waste & toxins out of the body. When there is blockages & stagnation in the lymph, it can cause breakouts, fluid retention (puffy eyes, jowls), lower immunity, fatigue, bloating & sluggishness.

During the facial I use a variety of skin tools & facial massage techniques on the face, neck & scalp. While most facials focus on the external skin barrier, this facial also focuses on the internal network beneath the skin surface. Best results occur with consistent sessions & at home maintenance between appointments.

* Please wait 2 weeks after getting Botox or fillers to schedule an appointment.

Motor Vehicle Accident
If you’re injured in a MVA you should immediately visit your Family Physician. They will assess and document your condition. This serves as a baseline for your care and as evidence of your situation if you proceed to court. Based on your assessment, you’re given permission to access at most 21 treatments for your condition.
Often, a Doctor will recommend Physiotherapy treatments first, followed by Chiropractic treatments. However, you are able to request massage therapy if you feel that is the best form of treatment for you. Often they are not aware of the therapeutic treatments that massage therapists offer. They would refer you to treatments that they are familiar with. This is why, you the patient, must know your rights to be able to provide this information to your Family Doctor.
Insurance companies do not have the right to determine what treatments you access. Your primary health care practitioner does, based on your requests. The practitioners provide information to you about your condition. You then have the choice to decide which services to proceed with.
Treatment Protocol
The goals of massage therapy injury recovery are to:
-
Reduce stress
-
Reduce pain and swelling
-
Improve circulation
-
Improve range of motion (ROM)
-
Speed up the recovery process
Immediately after a car accident, massage therapy can help you recover. Massage helps to restore balance to your autonomic nervous system. The relaxation benefits of massage can help reverse the effects that the shock and trauma of a car wreck can have on your nervous system. Massage also promotes circulation of both blood and lymph. This can help manage the swelling that usually comes with motor vehicle accident injuries.
During the first few days or weeks after the accident, massage can help. It helps by preventing the formation of scar tissue and other Myofascial adhesions. Later in your recovery, we can address specific musculoskeletal injuries. This includes whiplash, neck pain, back pain, headaches, shoulder sprains/strains, etc.

No two car accidents are the same, and everyone responds different. We always adapt our treatments to your unique needs.
Many factors affect your recovery, and we account for these factors in your care.

Spinal Flow
The Spinal Flow Technique is a transformative healing modality that works with the body’s nervous system to release physical, emotional and chemical blockages that we have built up over time- since birth. Developed by Dr. Carli Axford, Spinal Flow is based on the principle that the spine and its 7 gateways- acts as the main highway for the body’s energy and communication. By identifying and clearing points of restriction within the spine, the technique helps to restore a natural flow of energy, allowing the body to heal itself. This gentle and non-invasive approach taps into the body’s innate wisdom, supporting both physical and emotional well-being.

Unlike massage or chiropractic care, Spinal Flow doesn’t involve deep pressure or manual adjustments. Instead, it uses light touch on 33 access points along the spine to communicate with the nervous system and release blockages gently and effectively.

Clients often report:
-
Deep relaxation and a sense of calm
-
Better sleep and improved energy
-
Emotional clarity and a lighter feeling in the body
-
Relief from chronic tension, pain, or stress-related symptoms

This technique is safe for all ages and ideal for anyone experiencing burnout, anxiety, tension, overwhelm, or chronic discomfort with no clear cause.
Spinal Flow is not about pushing harder—it’s about helping your body let go.

Initial sessions include a full 7-system assessment and personalized treatment.
