Hi Friend!


My name is Brittany or I like to refer to myself as "Your friendly neighbourhood holistic health and wellness practitioner" here! But that's a bit of a mouthful... I'm thrilled to introduce myself and my business, Well Kneaded Therapy. As a registered massage therapist, manual osteopath, and certified health + life coach... I have been passionate about helping people improve their physical and mental well-being for over 7 years. WOW! Through my practice, I have seen firsthand the transformative power of manual therapy in reducing stress, relieving pain, and promoting relaxation.

But enough about me, let's talk about you. As a subscriber to my blog, you can expect to receive regular updates on all things wellness, from tips on how to alleviate muscle tension, advice on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and even a little somatic healing tips as well. Whether you're a stay at home mom, seasoned athlete or a busy professional, I've got you covered.
